After living in London for six years, Rosie & Ben moved back to their roots in the Cotswolds to undertake a Grade II listed property renovation on their current home. It took over a year to find the right house, their search area covered 5 counties and as a result, their knowledge of the Cotswold area became extensive.

After successfully navigating the complex process of securing planning permission for their 17th-century cottage, they developed strong relationships with conservation planners, architects, archaeologists, and builders. Their hands-on experience and industry connections have helped many friends and clients save time and avoid common pitfalls in the property search and renovation process.

With over 10 years in the real estate sector, Ben’s technical knowledge (MRICS Chartered Surveyor) and Rosie’s eye for detail and background in project management led to the creation of Gisborne Property.
